Shipping Destinations

Betty Sue ships physical products to the United States, United Kingdom, Canada, and Australia. At this time, I am not able to ship to other countries.

Processing Time

Most orders ship within 2 to 4 business days. During busy seasons, high-demand periods, or holidays, processing may take a little longer. I’ll always do my best to get your order out quickly!

Domestic Shipping (U.S.)

Orders over $65 ship free within the United States.

All physical orders ship via USPS Ground Advantage, which includes tracking. Delivery typically takes 3 to 10 business days after shipment, with most orders arriving within 5 days. Actual delivery times depend on your location and USPS conditions.

Shipping costs are calculated based on the actual weight of your order, with rates set to closely match what I pay USPS. I don’t profit from shipping.

International Shipping (UK, Canada, Australia)

International shipping costs are calculated at checkout. Please review your shipping total carefully before completing your purchase. International rates can be significantly higher than domestic rates and in some cases may be comparable to or exceed the cost of the items themselves. I want you to feel comfortable with your total before you commit!

Digital Downloads

Digital products are not shipped. After your purchase is complete, your files will be available in your account at bettysue.shop. You will also receive an email with a download link. If you don’t see it, please check your spam folder. Digital downloads are licensed for your personal or private studio use only. Please see the full licensing terms on each product listing.

There are no refunds on digital products.

Returns & Damaged Orders

Due to the handmade and printed nature of our physical products, all sales are final. However, if your order arrives damaged or something isn’t right, please reach out to me and I will make it right.
