Digital Downloads and Studio License

When you purchase music, worksheets, or other printable teaching materials from BettySue.Shop, you are granted a studio license. This license allows a single teacher to print as many copies as needed for the students in their own private studio.

Please note the following:

• Digital files are for the exclusive use of the individual who purchased them and may not be shared with other teachers or individuals.
• In a music school or business with multiple teachers, each teacher must purchase their own license.
• Electronic files may not be sold, redistributed, or used to create new products.
• All artwork included in digital products is for use within that product only and may not be reused in other documents or projects.
• There are no refunds on digital products. Once a file has been purchased, it cannot be returned.
• If you have trouble accessing your files after purchase, please check your account at BettySue.Shop or your email (including your spam folder). If you still need help, reach out to me.

Physical Products

All artwork on Betty Sue physical products is original art created by Liz Boyd. It is copyrighted and may not be reproduced, resold, or reused for any other purpose.

Refund Policy

Due to the handmade and printed nature of physical products, all sales are final. If your order arrives damaged or something isn’t right, please contact me and I will make it right.

There are no refunds on digital products under any circumstances.

Betty Sue Sticker Club

The Betty Sue Sticker Club is a monthly subscription delivering two hand-illustrated and music-themed sticker sheets to your mailbox each month. By subscribing, you agree to the following:

• The subscription renews automatically each month on the date you originally signed up.
• You may cancel at any time.
• The Betty Sue Sticker Club ships internationally – UK, Canada, & Australia. International customers: please ensure your address is entered correctly at checkout. Please note that international delivery times vary and tracking is not available on these shipments. By subscribing from outside the U.S., you accept that lost or delayed international mail cannot be guaranteed or replaced.
• All sticker deliveries are final sale and not subject to refunds or returns. If there is an issue with your order, please reach out and I will work with you.
• New designs are revealed mid-month on Instagram and Facebook. Stickers ship on the last Monday of the month, or the Monday prior if the last Monday falls at the very end of the month.
• The order cutoff is the Sunday before the shipping Monday. If you cancel but are still eligible for one more delivery, please contact me and I will make sure you receive it.
• I reserve the right to cancel a subscription if necessary.
